When MariGem answered the phone her kindness and sweet personality made that call a pleasant expierence. MariGem took her time and helped us find the solutions we were looking for. We had her technicians take a look at mothers concentrator and sure enough it wasn't putting out what it needed to, so they fixed it and had mom up and running the next day. When I picked up the concentrator I met Tom, MariGem's husband and he was also just as kind and took time explaining what they did and told me not to hesitate to call if we had any questions .
